Transferring your care to BACFC
If you are not a UK resident please contact [email protected] to discuss whether you are entitled to NHS care.
If you are would like to transfer your care to BACFC, either
- Your GP must refer via e-Referrals service (we can no longer accept GP referrals by letter),
or
- Your CF Consultant must refer by letter by writing to Dr Bell at the above address.
